The study of yoga takes a lifetime (or lifetimes). I have spent several years in full-time study of this ancient art and science and yet I'm constantly struck by how much more there is to study and understand. AVI Session 2!

  As many of you know, I am currently studying with Gary Kraftsow at the American Viniyoga Institute in California. Every 6-months I make a 2-week trip. I've just returned home from my second session. I camp in the redwoods of northern California and study and practice for about 10-hours a day. The experience is both deeply rewarding and exhausting. This session was mainly focused on the human energy system and the practices of pranayama. My training to be a Viniyoga Teacher has begun!

I am a perpetual student. I love to study and learn and think. As soon as I finished my first teacher training, I knew I wanted more, but I wasn't sure which direction to take my studies.
