I love to teach. And I consider it an honor to share the teachings of yoga with my students.

One of my goals is to make sure that yoga, especially the deeper teachings of yoga, is accessible to absolutely everyone.
I created this class subscription so that anyone who wants to explore the practice of yoga in a supportive and meaningful way has an easy, approachable way to do it.

Every week I pour myself into designing a class that offers people the space to experience stillness and silence, connect with their breath, reflect on their lives, engage deeply with the teachings of yoga, reconnect with their bodies, and nourish and build their energy.

With this subscription, you can take my yoga class no matter where you live or what your schedule is. There are students in the class from all across the country. I hope you’ll join us.

The Class:


This class is designed to offer students a nourishing, weekly retreat. This 90-minute integrated practice will begin with guided reflection and teachings from the tradition of yoga. We’ll spend about 40-minutes in meditative, breath-centric, slow moving postures, followed by 30-minutes of pranayama, meditation, and deep relaxation. While the pace and format of this class is always the same, each week is built around a specific teaching, so every practice is unique. This class will help you understand the deeper teachings of yoga. It will support your personal practice and your efforts to integrate the fullness of yoga into your everyday life.

The Subscription:

Your Weekly Class

Each Wednesday you’ll receive an email that includes a 90-min audio recording of the class, plus helpful information to help you prepare for the practice. The audio recording is available for one full week, until the following Wednesday when the next class is sent out.

Audio vs. Video

Practicing yoga and teaching yoga are two different things. When I’m teaching, I’m not practicing. I don’t want students craning to see me (or a video screen).  I use detailed language so students can listen and hear what I’m asking them to do without the need to look at me.

Once in awhile I ask the students in my class to stop and watch me demonstrate something. When this happens, your email will include photographs or a video that that will ensure you understand the posture or technique before you begin the practice.

When you’re doing the practice on your own at home, there’s something intimate and personal about listening rather than watching. I think it enables the practitioner to more easily direct their attention inward, which is the goal.


You’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime. Simply contact me at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle in order to avoid unwanted charges.
